Selling

Inspections:

While it has been deemed safe to hold private open home inspections, here at Baileux we have chosen to suspend these. Instead, inspections are being conducted virtually.

Moving

Cleaning:

Removalists:

Removalists are considered an essential service but they too have changed the way they conduct business with many adopting a “no-contact” move where essentially, homeowners do not help out.

Interstate:

Moving between states is largely restricted currently. But residents, potential residents and removalists can apply for a border crossing pass. However, it is expected that you will be required to self-isolate for 14-days.
