As the continued coronavirus crisis continues, we would like to assure our valued clients and future clients that we are taking proactive measures.

We have suspended all rental inspections and open house viewings as a precautionary measure. We feel this is in line with assisting our community to reduce the risk of infection and potential spread of coronavirus.

Our tenants have been very helpful, contacting our office to advise us if they are adhering to a 14 day self-isolation period because they have come into contact with someone who could possibly have COVID-19, have returned recently from overseas travel or are just feeling unwell with similar symptoms.

We are in unprecedented territory and we all need to adapt to the changing times and implement strategies to continue business for as long as we are able.

Properties will still be listed on the rental market and for sale. Contraction is inevitable but supporting our local community in the best ways we know how and within the regulated restraints is what is needed.
