Interaction with Budget Guys Property Maintenance. Our focus is on being up-to-date with current industry technology, our social media network, which has assisted to building our substantial database of clients and the detail/presentation of our listings, signage and good old country charm.

Residential management is our biggest focus. We take the time to build relationships with our tenants and owners to provide a personal touch.

5. What’s one tip you can give people when it comes to real estate (buying, renting or investment property management)?
Presentation of your property is key for both sales and rentals, you must put every effort possible to showcase your property to the buyer and tenant. Looking after your property to make sure it is in the best condition possible is paramount to achieving the best sale price, highest rental yield and of course keeping your tenants happy in their homes.
