These images are retouched and moulded into a 3D model within 98 per cent accuracy of the property dimensions.

The virtual tours come with room labels and even allow buyers to use a virtual tape measure to ensure their furniture will fit in their new home.

Inspection Manager is a comprehensive property, home inspection software and property management software that integrates with Property Tree.

Inspection Manager allows for individualised property templates and the ability to document a property’s condition in minute details both for entry and exit reports as well are routing condition reports which can all be emailed directly to investors and tenants.

Our rental management process ensures history checks are run, the financials of the tenants are looked over and we dig deeper into the information they provide through the technology we embrace with our business.
