Baileux director and licensee, Benjamin Molineux has been awarded Agent of the Year for Glenella at the RateMyAgent Agent of the Year awards 2022.
This is a huge achievement as the RateMyAgent Agent of the Year Awards awards compare over 36,000 real estate agents and agencies across the country making it the largest real estate awards in Australia.

Now in its eighth year, RateMyAgent Agent of the Year Awards awards are the only major customer choice awards for the real estate industry in Australia. The awards are calculated based on the verified reviews that customers provide on the RateMyAgent website rather than being judged by industry peers.
The awards highlight the leading real estate agents and agencies in each suburb, city and state across Australia.
Compared against 60 other agents in Glenella, Ben was awarded “#1 Agent in Glenella” based on the number of positive vendor reviews as a percentage of overall sales numbers for 2021.
Ben received 37 positive recommendations and sold 27 properties totalling $12m in 12 months.
