For vendors, RateMyAgent provides verified reviews, honestly written by real sellers and buyers like them to help find the right real estate agent.
According to RateMyAgent, over 230,000 reviews have been submitted from sellers and buyers who’ve used a local agent. On average, that’s a new vendor review every two minutes.
Since RateMyAgent was launched, over 30,000 vendors have used the property website to help select their real estate agent. That’s over $20 billion worth of property sold, since 2014.
With no fee to sellers searching the site and agents do not have to pay for leads, sellers can be sure they have access to the leading agents in each suburb based on their property sales data and customer reviews.
RateMyAgent works by displaying an agent’s statistics and accomplishments for the past 12 months.

Stats such as total properties sold (houses, apartments, land and other), total sales value and total recommendations by real vendors and buyers.
Agents who work hard to collect reviews and demonstrate trust and transparency can win Agent of the Year Awards.
They can also achieve badges that are displayed on their profile. These badges recognise agents who are trusted and transparent and provide consistently exceptional customer experiences.
There are three types of achievement badges: Top 20% Nationwide Badge, Trusted Agent Badge and Multi-year Award Winner Badge.

Compared to 60 other agents in Glenella, I was awarded “#1 Agent in Glenella” based on the number of positive vendor reviews as a percentage of overall sales numbers for 2021.
The largest real estate awards in Australia, RateMyAgent Agent of the Year awards compare over 36,000 real estate agents and agencies across the country and the awards are calculated based on the verified reviews that customers provide on the RateMyAgent website rather than being judged by industry peers.

I also have a Top 20% Nationwide Badge. This badge means I am in the top 20% of agents nationally for Review/Sales Ratio (RSR).
The RSR is a percentage calculated by taking the total number of sales over the last 12 months with a positive vendor review and dividing it by the number of sales over the last 12 months.
I have also received the Trusted Agent Badge. This badge acknowledges agents who embrace transparency and request 100% of vendor reviews, they do not filter their requests and are also open to more critical, constructive feedback.
