What a year it has been for Baileux Real Estate!
So far this year, we have sold an incredible $11.4 million worth of properties in the Mackay and Whitsunday region.
And with another five properties yet to settle this year, the total sales for 2022 will be in excess of $13 million!
This is on the back of a whopping $12 million worth of properties sold in 2021.
Therefore, it’s fair to say, each year Baileux Real Estate keeps going from strength to strength.
And with big plans to sell even more property in 2023, we can’t wait to see what we can achieve.

Baileux real estate agents were also recognised as being among the best in Queensland.
I was thrilled to be awarded Agent of the Year for Glenella at the RateMyAgent Agent of the Year awards 2022.
This is a huge achievement as the RateMyAgent Agent of the Year Awards awards compare over 36,000 real estate agents and agencies across the country making it the largest real estate awards in Australia.
The awards highlight the leading real estate agents and agencies in each suburb, city and state across Australia.
Compared to 60 other agents in Glenella, I was awarded “#1 Agent in Glenella” based on the number of positive vendor reviews as a percentage of overall sales numbers for 2021.
I received 37 positive recommendations and sold 27 properties totalling $12m in 12 months in 2021.
