We have an exclusive opportunity for a new property manager to join the Baileux team.
Due to growth in the rental department, we are seeking the services of a property manager with a great work ethic.

About you
We are open to applications from either experienced property managers or assistant property managers with administration experience, as the role can be tailored to fit the successful applicant.
The successful applicant will work with great attention to detail, take pride in their work and have a great work ethic and care for the business as a whole.
They will have excellent presentation, customer service and organisational skills, a mature and proactive approach and the ability to multi-task are a must.
About the position
The job is full-time end-to-end portfolio management and includes lease preparation and renewals with an assistant, liaising with owners, tenants and all stakeholders, managing all correspondence including mail and emails, carrying out routine inspections and rent reviews and managing rent arrears.
